Welcome to the digital on-line version of the January/February 2009 edition of Flatpicking Guitar Magazine. This issue is Volume 13, Number 2 of the magazine and features bluegrass singer, songwriter, instructor, and performer, John Lowell on the cover. Additionally, this issue features Slavek Hanzlik, a flatpicking master from the Czech Republic who has had a very successful recording in touring career in his home country, Germany, Canada, and the United States. Also, we feature Greg Morton, a talented flatpicker who grew up in Memphis performing with his twin brother Randal and now lives and performs in Tucson, Arizona.
